The FIRETEX M71V2 product is a glossy decorative finish for the FIRETEX range of single-component intumescent coatings and also provides protection when used indoors in a semi-controlled environment where condensation may occur (Category C2 as defined in ISO 12944-2).

After complete drying, the product can withstand weathering, provided that the specific use or storage does not result in water accumulation due to rain, condensation or other circumstances related to the site / transport / or storage.

Volume solids: 44% ± 2% (ASTM-D2697-91)
Recommended Thickness: 50 microns dry film for 114 microns wet (airless)
The required film thickness depends on the fire rating.
Theoretical Yield: 8.80 m²/litre for the dry extract by volume and for a dry film thickness of 50 microns
Practical Yield: To be calculated according to the loss coefficients
